- The subject of this public procurement is: "Supply of net active electrical energy by a contractor - coordinator of a standard balancing group for low voltage at sites owned by "Municipal Markets" EOOD, city of Ruse" according to the attached list of users (Appendix No. 1) and is for assignment tosupply of electrical energy at the point of measurement at freely agreed prices, according to Art. 92, Art. 96a, Art. 100, Art. 101, Art. 102 and Art. 103 of the Energy Act (E) and the Rules for trading in electrical energy for supplying the users specified in the participation documentation, by the Ministry oflow voltage.
The procedure is carried out with the aim of selecting a supplier of net electric energy, coordinator of a standard balancing group, full administration of the information flow with ESO and assuming the costs of imbalances. The selected supplier should provide the Employer with a forecasterconsumption and balancing responsibility.
The subject of the order also includes the administration of the amounts for the legally defined fees, network services and excise duty. The same will be paid by the client to the contractor. In connection with the above, a contract for combined terms will be concluded with the contractorthem in the sense of art. 11, item 10 and under the conditions of Art. 20 of PTEE (Rules for Trading in Electric Energy).
Before concluding the contract, the participant selected as the contractor should submit a Certificate from "Elektrorazpradelenie Sever" AD that between the same, in his capacity as a distribution operator... - Documents :
