- The purpose of awarding the public contract is to conclude a contract for combined services within the meaning of Art. 20 of PTEE, namely purchase of electricity and payment of all services used by the Contracting Authority as an end customer: "access to the electricity transmission and/or electricity distribution network", "transmission of electric energy through the power transmission and/or power distribution network" and "responsibility for balancing", as well as settlement of relations in connection with the payment of amounts due for network services for the relevant price period. Continuity should be ensured in deliveryof the electricity supply and to supply electrical energy with quality and in order, as provided for in the Energy Act and other normative acts that regulate public relations related to the supply of electrical energy (including PTEE, PIKEE and the regulations issued on reasonŠ).
As a "balancing group coordinator", the Contractor should take responsibility for balancing, include the Employer in the balancing energy market as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group, without the Employer paying a registration fee and for participation asand to provide forecasting of the procuring entity's consumption, including the administration of the procuring entity's hourly consumption schedules
