Public procurement, in accordance with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Procedure Code - Open procedure under Art.20, para. 1, item 1, b. "b" from ZOP with subject: "Subscription and service of office equipment: computers, notebook computers, hardware and software, printers, scanners, copiers, monitors, UPS devices, modems, routers, etc., incl. and delivery of spare parts, materials and consumables for office equipmentfor the needs of TP "DGS TSAREVO" for a period of 24 months".
Deadline for the execution of the public procurement: The deadline for the execution of the procurement is 24 /twenty-four/ months, counted from the date of conclusion of the contract for awarding the public procurement or until the maximum permissible value is reachedof the Contract, whichever occurs first. In the absence of a new contract with the same subject, concluded in accordance with the PPA and in the event that the total value has not been exhausted, the contract continues in effect until the conclusion of a new contract, but not more than 6 months.
