- The subject of this public procurement includes providing reservations for hotel accommodation on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria for researchers, teachers, employees, doctoral students and students of the university, including foreign persons who arrived in Bulgaria at the invitation of the Contracting Authorityand guests of the INSAIT Institute at the "St. Kliment Ohridski". The reservation for hotel accommodation will be organized after a request has been submitted by the Employer, indicating the location, the number of nights, the number of persons staying, the type of room (single / double) and the need for breakfast/dinner.
The contract is concluded up to the maximum determined estimated value of the procedure and has a term of execution of 24 (twenty-four) months or until the financial resource provided for it is reached, whichever event occurs earlier.
The contractor must ensure the acceptance and implementation of requests of thethe consignor for hotel reservations and accommodation, within the working hours of the consignor under the contract (from 08:30 to 18:00 every working day), and exceptionally during non-working hours, weekends and holidays.
Most frequently used destinations for travel/accommodation of persons are the major cities in BHungary, incl. the cities of Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, etc., resort villages and others as necessary.
Estimated number of reservations for the duration of the contract (in one hotel/place of accommodation, regardless of the number of nights or the number of persons accommodated) - about 300 (three hundred) reservations.
